By accessing or using MOODISH (moodish.app), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on MOODISH — including but not limited to source code, design, user interface, text, translations, and scoring algorithms — is the exclusive property of Iron IT (SIRET 87821432900012), represented by Chaker DELI, and is protected by French and international copyright law.

The word “moodish” and its association with mood-based restaurant discovery constitute proprietary brand assets. No licence to use these assets is granted by these Terms.

3. Permitted Use

You may:

Use the service for personal, non-commercial restaurant discovery.
Share a link to moodish.app on social media or with friends.
View the public source code on GitHub for educational or evaluation purposes.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or sublicense the Software or any substantial portion of it.
Use the Software, its design, or its brand to create a competing product or service.
Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the service by automated means.
Use the service for any commercial purpose without prior written permission.
Reverse-engineer or create derivative works based on the Software without authorisation.
Use the name MOODISH or its associated visual identity without written consent.

5. Enforcement & Legal Action

Iron IT (SIRET 87821432900012) actively monitors for unauthorised reproduction, copying, distribution, or imitation of MOODISH. Any violation of these Terms or applicable intellectual property law may result in civil and/or criminal proceedings under French and European law, including claims for damages, injunctions, and recovery of legal costs.

7. Third-Party Services

MOODISH uses Google Places API to retrieve restaurant data. Restaurant information displayed is provided by Google and may be subject to Google's own terms. MOODISH is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, or availability of third-party data.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Restaurant availability, opening hours, and other data may not be accurate or up to date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Iron IT and Chaker DELI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at moodish.app/terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
